Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products, unless the product received is in a damaged condition.
In case of damaged goods, you can contact us and ask for a refund or a replacement.
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your complaint is received, we will do our best to assist you with your issue. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation can be made between the time the order has been placed and once your receive it. Once, you have accepted the product, we will not be accepting it back (unless the product received is in a damaged condition).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It should reach within 5-7 days.
